Shahrzad Dance Academy, a non-profit organization, formed in 1996 in an effort to promote the art of Persian Dance through spreading original dance nomenclature and choreography to interested Persian and Non-Persian students and audiences. Through the academy, the wonderful art of Persian dance is not only passed on via classes, but also presented at festivals, lecture-demonstrations and concerts. These efforts are ONLY made possible through the continued enthusiasm of the academy’s students, as well as supporters like you.
