Hurry! Limited space available in Contra Costa Civic Theatre's very popular Summer Drama Camp Session 5, August 21 September 1, 2000 (Please check your child's school schedule before registering.)
For more than ten years, CCCT has produced Summer Drama Camp, which has become one of the most celebrated programs the theatre offers. Its full-day, two-week sessions give Bay Area children the opportunity to learn theatre basics in a fun and supportive environment. Campers take part in full-production, original plays and professionally produced videos. Many facets of theatre are explored including improvisation, costuming, makeup and basic stage skills. Industry specialists present workshops on special topics which in past years have included stage combat, choreography, vocal training and voice-overs. Each child receives highly skilled, personalized support and guidance.
Times: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday - Friday
Fees: $475 per child per session
Ages 7 - 14 years
No experience is necessary. Participation in the production is guaranteed. Performance is on Thursday, August 31, 2000 at 7:00 PM.
