Lariat Larry will tell true tales, legends, and tall tales of the Wild West, and will perform rope tricks that just might involve you pulled out of the audience to spin your very own lasso. This is a free event and all ages are welcome. The Kensington Library is located at 61 Arlington Avenue, Kensington. The library is open Mondays and Tuesdays 12 to 8 p.m., closed Wednesdays, open Thursdays 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Fridays 1 to 5p.m. and Saturdays 10 to 5 p.m. Phone number: (510) 524-3043.
