Arts and crafts open studio July 15 and 16
Open Studio - Arts & Crafts Show in El Cerrito
July 15-16 2006. 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Photographer Heidi Rand and soapmaker George McRae will be having an Open Studio
and Art Show/Sale at 5810 Barrett Ave. (the cross street is Edwards).
Heidi incorporates her nature photographs into handmade crafts, including silk
scarves, vases, lavender sachets, decorated wooden boxes, art books and
journals, and much more.
George makes his soaps from all-natural ingredients, including lavender and sage
from his El Cerrito garden. They come in beautifully molded shapes, including
orchids, cats and butterflies, celtic designs and more.
