Trash clean up Dec. 20
Pre-Winter Trash Clean Up Event
Anyone and everyone is invited to come join The City of El Cerrito in cleaning up the Ohlone Greenway and waterways by taking a few hours of your time to help remove the trash and pollution before the winter rain washes it to the bay. Help out our local environment!
When: Saturday, December 20th, 2008 from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
Where: Meet on Moeser and the Ohlone Greenway in El Cerrito, behind Safeway (halfway between Liberty St. and Lexington Ave.). At 9:00 we will begin distributing gloves and other supplies and at 9:30 am, we’ll begin walking along the greenway, collecting trash.
Come prepared for current weather conditions and wear a jacket, long sleeves, pants and closed toes shoes.
