Creative Solutions to Balance Work and Life
Learn techniques to create a balanced, happy, and joyful life and to become a loving and understanding being. Chau Yoder, a Chi Gung and Mindful Living Trainer, will demonstrate relaxation techniques and exercises to reduce stress and create well-being in your life.
Chau received training from Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, Master Ce Hang Truong and Jon Kabat-Zinn. Since 1989, she has offered workshops and classes throughout the Bay Area to promote healthy and happy living and is a member of Toast Masters in Walnut Creek.
