Seniors! $$$$ for Scholarships for College!

* One ECHS senior will be awarded a full scholarship to UC Berkeley
(Candace Williams received this award last year). Applicants need to have
a history of low income, community service, be UC eligible, and be willing
to serve as ambassador for the program.

* Seniors who have succeeded despite adverse circumstances could win a
$15,000 Scholarship and appear on KRON-TV. Last year ECHS' Gary Yu was
featured. The deadline is Oct. 12. Applying early means you have a
better chance of being selected.

Congratulations to NICOLE ANZIANI, ECHS Scholar Finalist in the College
Board national Hispanic Recognition Program. GO NICOLE!
