Historic preservation meeting Friday, Oct. 6
An informational meeting on historic preservation in the city of El
Cerrito with guest speaker John Waite will be held 5 p.m. on Oct. 6
at the Windrush School cafeteria, 1800 Elm St.
Issues to be discussed include "An Overview of Historic Preservation;"
"Advantages of Historic Preservation;" and "Adopting a Preservation
Ordinance."
The meeting is being hosted by the El Cerrito Park and
Recreation Commission, the El Cerrito Historical Society and Windrush
School.
